HAPPY DAYS are here? The sun has been shining for a few days in a row! And, I feel like a different person. Sleet and rain predicted for Friday though...
Motivation to work on my goal is returning. I have been eating moderately - but still not completely back on track.
And, once all the snow/mud is gone, back to outdoor exercise and sunshine!
I may need a kick in the backside. Buddies?
