Well, I sure am back from vacation and it is gray and dreary here this morning with dirty snow. I hate dirty snow!
Was very tough getting out of bed and off to my office...but am grateful for my work. When self-employed, we are happy to have clients!
Today is my usual Monday intermittent fasting day. It will be more difficult since we ate without schedule for the last 10 days! The good part of the vacation was we only chose to eat when hungry - which was positive. The choices and portions were not...but I will get myself back on track this week.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
