So now I am sick. I felt it coming in and it is almost like "what is my body rebelling aginst the extra exercise?" I certainly cannot do my couch to 10k today but I will walk. I have a sinus infection now (or some sort of infection) and a cough. So I am taking the amoxocyllin that I had from the last bout of sickness and some of the cough syrup. I will get the mucinex dm in me and drink water water water. I still plan on at least walking today.

Well you just are not having a good time of it at all! Feel better, I like the soup idea, some of Toni's fat busting would be good.

I've always believed that when you're really sick, you're sick.....time to rest up. Stay on your food plan, but don't push extra exercise until you've recovered. Getting well is #1 priority!!! Get well soon!

I suspect a little worrying about your daughter didn't help. Perhaps you just need to give yourself a little TLC. Lots of rest and plenty of relaxation will have you up and at 'em in a jiffy. ( that means real soon in case there is an Atlantic divide in that term). Get well soon. C.

LOL Mamachickpea!!! Thanks y'all and I did decided to go with the rest...well that and it is EOM and I am still working two hours after I should have called it a day.
