Snow, snow, snow! My family is buried on the East Coast, and we expect snow here in Minnesota, too.

Yesterday was a high calorie, high carb and high sodium day. I can really feel it today! Feeling bloated and heavy - so my remedy is lots of protein and lots of water!

It is just a temporary blip...I will regroup today!

Still grateful for:

- The people I love who love me back!
- The good health of my loved ones
- My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue
- "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today

Regrouping is good...I really think this weather has a lot to do with us being so off the wagon..it will get better..I'm sure of it...:O)

that's the attitude to have! my miL just flew back to the twin cities. I'm sure she misses our Florida weasther.

Some days you just need that high calorie, high carb day. Once in a while is a treat. I know you will be back at it today. We had snow 2 days this week. None today though. I love the snow, it makes the world seem new and fresh and clean.

I am so frustrated with myself right now! Your skinny snacks look yummy. I probably need to eat a lot of protein tomorrow - I will take your advisement.

I didn't want you to feel left out so when our guests came tonight i decided to have 3 glasses of wine, 2 burgers (no bun) with gouda and they brought this heavenly crock pot BREAD pudding. Then Baileys in my coffee. Highest calorie day since I started this WOE. So back to basics with you tomorrow - water and protein. No cheese either for a few days. We can do this every now and again but must focus and regroup like you say. :)

Isn't it crazy how you can feel it straightaway. I HATE the sodium feeling in my fingers. Pam is right. Flush it out and feel better soon.
