I can relate to sllllloooowww part!! I keep telling myself that slow loss is still a loss...and not anything like a gain - which is where I would have been had I not found the Atkins Salvation. It is frustrating to be "really trying" and to not see a loss. But you are doing the right thing - good spirits and chugging along (dare I say "chugging" in front of you??? *as I sheepishly exit the room*).

I swear to the almighty..isint it the case that if you DID lose another ounce that you'd be in danger of disappearing - arn't you "there" kinda sorta.. I DO wish you luck...(use the good scales!!!) am workin on it bully... dang old fashioned copper wire telecom connections!!! makes me feel like writing a letter! so it does.. but instead I'll just eat a piece of lamb chop! and go home... cause its finishing time round dese e're purts!

You all get a heck of a lot of holidays there!!! Send some our way, would ya? We really missed you around here, Davy! Glad you showed up today :) Once you get your broadband, Sarah (that's my daughters name too) will have to get an FS account. Then she'll really be able to keep tabs on you...hee hee. But most of all we'd all love to give her support on her weight loss journey too! I know what you mean about trying so hard and then not losing the weight. Been there, done that. But at least you didn't gain! Hang in there and it'll catch up to you and the loss will show up at next week's weigh in. Have a great day!
