I joined fatsecret a year ago today. In the last year I have lost 51 pounds which I really wanted to do for years before that and hadn't. I guess I really didn't believe I could do it, well I can! I've made great strides in nutrition, finding out what works for me and what doesn't. I found great recipes that are nutritious and taste good. One of the biggest pluses for me has been that I have been able to bust though preconceived idea's in my head that I couldn't do something, like push ups. I started out doing "girl" pushups but now I am doing the real thing. It's amazing what a year can do. I am not yet at my goal but I am getting close. I look forward to seeing what this next year brings.
