Well, the 'bug' (my affectionate term for my youngest son) is back off to school. He flew out yesterday. Miss him already! So grateful for the time we had together ... lots of 'little' conversations about life, love, friends, growing up, careers, future, God, etc... this kid is such a keeper!
Everything else around here is busy as usual, yet, going well. All food/exercise stuff still on track! Little low on water yesterday...but will make more of a conscious effort today. (I tend to forget while I am away from the house...so when I am out all day...I get behind.)
Hope you are remaining focused - and finding the 'restart' to be clearing your head and system for the better! I know I am!
