That was a sweet drop, 2 pounds. I wonder what will happen tomorrow. This just feels so good!

Conference calls all morning and I can't go hiking :-( But...Going dancing tonight with K!
190.4 lb Lost so far: 57.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, a 2 pound drop and dancing. That's what I call a good day. When I get back from Columbus, we will have to see if we can coordinate a time to go hiking together. Yay for Friday!

Hope you have a wonderful time!! hubby doesn't dance, much anyway, but we'll probably go out tomorrow night with some friends. OH - competed in a karaoke contest Tuesday night - I'm thru to the finals on November 13th! first place will get $400...! :o Details on the date!! BTW - congrats on the loss! I'm getting closer to getting out of the 2's every day - cant wait!
