… but, I'm afraid it will 'spike my blood sugar'. After all the stuff we have been discussing, I am getting the feeling that ONLY Splenda does not 'spike me'. I am getting the feeling that EVRYTHING else does. I could be wrong however... My recent spikes from the protein shakes could be the high amounts of protein not the 3 carbs per scoop... Arrggg who knows??

Tahoebrun I found at regular grocery store, bottom shelf by bbq sauce. They have 3 flavors. Omg, I only had a little but that's all ya need!

Stubbs is the best for low carb.

Apache I love stubbs but not for keto with these ingredients, no corn syrup OR cane sugar for me! STUBBS; Gluten-Free Ingredients: Water, Tomato Paste, Cane Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Tapioca Dextrin, Salt, Brown Sugar, Spices, Corn Starch, Contains Less Than 0.5% of: Onion, Paprika, Garlic, Chile Powder, Natural Smoke Flavor, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Corn Syrup, Tamarind.
