omg Angie and we started at the same weight too!!! haha...and I agree ChrisW...I'm learning that slow and steady does win the race cause when I tried to do it fast before I did lose faster but I wasn't in it for the long haul and fell off the wagon and this time I want to be in it for the long haul!
