My name is Melissa and I am 49 years old. I had started on Thrive in February 2017 and lost 18 pounds while on it, in November I decided to take a break from it because it is expensive and wanted to save for Christmas for our big family. In between those pesky Christmas goodies and my father passing away in January those pounds started creeping back on. February 2018 I decided to go back on Thrive and stay committed to loosing those pounds and more! So far I am down 2.5 pounds, but have noticed that I am not as strict with myself as I was before. I do have a goal weight in mind, and will try very hard to get there. I enjoy walking after work, so for now that is my main form of exercise.
