It has been a bit of a tough week, mum passed away at midnight on Sunday, since then have been trying to figure out what we are going to do next. I wish she was able to be here to see the final product of my weight loss. She was always the person that motivated me and was my biggest supporter and sometimes gave me the kick in the ass that I needed and often deserved.

Keeping the weight loss going and a journal of my weight loss will be for her and the support she gave to keep myself and my family healthy and happy. RIP Mum.

I am just glad that you are now no longer in pain, and I got to have 34 years with you and know how amazing you were.

272.1 lb Lost so far: 82.9 lb. Still to go: 53.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Awe, I wish you peace and serenity. Those are lovely sentiments. I understand how you feel. My father, at 84, is aging rapidly. I too want him to see me at a healthy weight before he goes on to the next Life. He always wanted the best for me, and he could see me struggle. I totally understand how you feel.

I’ve lost both of my folks but when my mom passed, I felt so lost. She had Alzheimer’s and no clue who I was but that didn’t matter, I was crushed. Take care and listen to her voice! She still loves you and wants you to help yourself. Peace

This is such a difficult time and your mum sounded like a wonderful person. So glad she is not suffering. I lost my father at the age of 61. I was 36. He is still with me. I miss his kindness, wit, and keen sense of humor. Your mum will always be with you as you journey forward. ♥️
