51 year-old female, maintaining a 90 plus pound weight loss for more than 20 years years. I "eat real food, not too much, mostly (but not only) plants." I don't follow a particular food philosophy other than that. I walk everywhere and ride my bike for fun. I take the bus, carry bags and try to move, move, move whenever, and wherever, I can. I hate yoga (but I am trying to like it), and I respect my body, my genes and my joints in that order.

Nips and tucks
I am 50 and have maintained a 90 plus pound weight loss with a few ups and downs for many years. Yes, I have some loose skin, and no I have never had skin removal surgery. To tighten it up and keep it tight, I strength train using a mix of free weights and pilates at least 3X per week. For cardio I walk, bike, hike. That sort of thing. It has worked very well on my arms and legs. My stomach still has some skin, but I am 50. I have a grown daughter. It's not like I am going to have, or even want to work hard enough, to have six pack abs at this stage of life. To be honest, I view the loose skin and stretch marks as a sort of badge of honor. They are part of me and part of my life journey. Weight training helps enormously, plus it boosts your metabolism, you get strength, prevent osteoporosis and feel great afterward!
