It's been an up and down few weeks with everything going on, I have found it hard to keep track. My weight has been up and down the last week more down then up. My dad whose going through a cancer battle has gotten some good news, his treatment is working which has helped put things better. My weight is getting on track, slowly but surely getting towards my first goal.
I have wanted to reach it way before now but mums passing and dads cancer stuff has made it very hard to keep doing stuff running backwards and forwards to the hospital and looking after everyone but I am on top of things and getting closer to not having so much stress and more time to get healthy.
I am inspiring people around me, my family and friends are getting on board with the weight loss journey now so its even better. Here's hoping for more positives along the way.

I've been slow to update with all that has been going on, but I have slowly gotten back on track. My weight has been up and down the past few weeks. With all going on with my dads cancer battle, my mums passing and a few other home dramas the weight stuff has been a bit hard to keep going with the lack of major exercise some days. But I am keeping on.
I have been given the opportunity to help my brother lose weight, the doctor has put me in charge of being his mentor to get him active a bit more. Also told the house to go onto my diet, apart from dad who needs to slowly start to put some weight back on that he has lost from the treatment.
The therapist that is helping my brother has also said I should be a mentor to others as well as used as an inspiration to others. I am almost at 100kgs lost since I begun this journey.

So it has been an up and down few weeks and days I have had a few days I have been able to do some workouts and get my diet going well. The work has slowly come to an end, I still have three weeks of work but I can soon I more workouts and get myself to where I want to be. I will be moving my goal weight once I achieve the first goal weight. The doctor wants me down to about 77kgs my first goal is to get to 99kgs.
Hopefully some more walking out and about once I feel more comfortable going places and all. I am headed to Queensland in October so going to do some big walking around with a friend as she too is looking to lose weight. She is using me as inspiration to lose weight, so we will see how this one goes.

It has been a bit of a tough week, mum passed away at midnight on Sunday, since then have been trying to figure out what we are going to do next. I wish she was able to be here to see the final product of my weight loss. She was always the person that motivated me and was my biggest supporter and sometimes gave me the kick in the ass that I needed and often deserved.
Keeping the weight loss going and a journal of my weight loss will be for her and the support she gave to keep myself and my family healthy and happy. RIP Mum.
I am just glad that you are now no longer in pain, and I got to have 34 years with you and know how amazing you were.

Spent the day working at the local footy, so I did a bit of walking around the ground, while waiting for the taxi home I was doing some stairs that were close by as well as a few at home. I did the exercise bike at home, I had some spaghetti for dinner as I wasn't really hungry during the day.
I have aimed to get to my goal weight before my birthday in September, but at the current rate probably won't but I am glad where I am heading. Getting more active and healthier, and happy, so the weight loss has been very good.
