Spent the day working at the local footy, so I did a bit of walking around the ground, while waiting for the taxi home I was doing some stairs that were close by as well as a few at home. I did the exercise bike at home, I had some spaghetti for dinner as I wasn't really hungry during the day.
I have aimed to get to my goal weight before my birthday in September, but at the current rate probably won't but I am glad where I am heading. Getting more active and healthier, and happy, so the weight loss has been very good.
