Lol best of luck. I'm not too upset about not being able to finish, one low calorie day won't hurt me  
Oh, it was about not being able to finish. Thought it was broken egg yolks. Do my eggs in a dry stainless pan, and find it's a bit hit and miss.

Noticed over a few weeks with 'eat to hunger', I had hungry days and not hungry days. Amount eaten varied more than I expected.

I actually like my eggs done but those look good. Too much bacon though. I could not eat so much.

Had to say another comment. Trying to keep carbs down (but not gone) I am hungry a lot. Things I might not eat normally are looking good.

The first plate is what I made to eat the second is what was left from what I made I couldn't even eat half lol 
I do not see a fail in this... :) It would be too much protein for me in this though, that could be the reason you cannot finish. We are all so different, we have to watch what our bodies need. I've learned that I have to mix and have a variety of carbs, protein and fat plus enough fiber...

Thanks for sharing this. It still feels weird on some days that I have to "work" to finish a plate these day. My meals are a fraction of what they were before. But when I am full - I stop. I wish you all the best on your adventure.

smart to realize that each person is different and the macros that work for you may not be what works for someone else IngaViolet. We are all so different. Our bodies talk to us if we listen.

@ingaviolet this is actually low on protein for me I try to get between 85 and 106 grams and this wasn't even 70 and 5 -6 days a week I typically eat OMAD.  
@phil not always with eating omad I'm this was all I got and it was only 825 calories I try to stay between 1200 and 1600 
I eat on a 23:1 IF schedule most days, but find it relatively easy to skip days, particularly if I wait until late to eat. I'm not sure why 1200 calories would be better than 825, but I do know that there are a lot of people that think so. 🤷‍♂️

I don't want to mess up my metabolism, I know some of the contestants on the biggest loser still have messed up metabolisms because they ate super low calories for months. I don't mind skipping multiple days or having a low calorie day once in a while but with me just starting bad in the gym I try not to do it very often. I already like to workout fasted as well
