I did best when I had a decent plan, and wrote "everything" down. Looks like a good plan to me. I wrote stuff for more than a year (pain in the...) but it gave me a great idea of portion control and macros, especially as I had to readjust when shedding weight and hitting plateaus.

@Lzenn I did it in Excel then printed a copy for my bathroom as a reminder and keep one in my daily calendar lol

@adam. I love writing stuff down and I'm obsessed with tracking and numbers and dates and when things have to be done .. I'm OCPD so I try to keep myself in check but doesn't always happen lol
