Trying to lose weight to avoid future problems. I have a family history of heart disease, strokes, heart attacks, and diabetes.

I'm a 5' 2.75" Indiana girl who has yoyo'd with my weight since I was 19. I have been everywhere between 135 and 220lbs, I may have topped 230 in my last pregnancy. I had a picture taken with my mom in 2017 and it broke my heart how big I'd let myself become. I started researching for something I could stick to and hit my goal and live with. I did a few months of web search and youtube vids and discovered keto. It has been a life saver, literally. I started Dec 4, 2017, and I hope to reach my goal by Dec 31, 2018.

BMI guidelines and goals for myself
Based on 5' 3'' inches
Underweight: 104.4 and below
Normal- 104.5-141.1
Overweight- 141.2-169.3
Obese- 169.4-^
Dream weight- 125:
Lowest normal- 104.5: I think this would be way too tiny for me, lowest I ever was was 118

According to the new BMI calculations, 137 is the heaviest I can be to be in the normal category, and 101 is the lowest I can be.

Need help cooking
Start mixing the veggies into mashed potatoes lol. That makes every thing tastes better Smile I am pretty picky as well, but I've slowly been experimenting with stuff. Like a year ago, I wouldn't touch califlower, but now I love it. If you want quick meal idea, go to the frozen veggie isle, Birds eye and Green Giant make wonderful little meals that cook up in less than 7 min and taste wonderful. I esp love the the garlic red potatoes and some of the pastas they have.

Ah, I found it, you can set it to weekly, every 2 weeks, or every four weeks. Just go to My Account and it's at the bottom of the page.

Reminders
You can set up weekly reminders to your email, but I'm not sure if you can set it to daily or not. I don't even remember how I set up the weekly because it's been over a year since I set it up lol.

Wanted! Great Exercise Tunes!
Anything upbeat. Techno is a always a good choice. So is Salsa type music, which is what a lot of Zumba is done to.
