@philrmcknight's Journal, 09 May 2018

Me at 180 pounds, October of 2016. Thinking about diving back to that weight. My wife hated it, said I look sick at that weight. She's probably right, but I think a new challenge would be good for my regimen.

Oh, the irony of a Dr. Pepper shirt!

You are such an inspiration. Your face looks a little gaunt, but as a couple ppl suggested, 190-195 would probably be great. My husband is at 210, he fluctuates, but I like him around 200-210 because he is more cuddly. haha

Sorry Phil but the precious girl steals that picture! You do look a bit too thin to me.

Sometimes it's a matter of getting used to the new you. Maybe head down the weights a bit if that's what you want to do but have several 'sense-checks' along the way to stop. I'm sure you'll make the right choice in the end

I think the weight that makes you feels good is the right, people are going to talk about you anyway

You don't look sick at that weight. You're just wearing a shirt that's too big for you. If you do think you're too thin at 180, try weight lifting so you get muscle tone to go with your size. Unless you're 6' 5" or something, 180 is a very healthy weight that can look great. But like everyone said, do what makes you feel good and feel fit. That's more important than any number.

I agree with the weightlifting idea, and getting clothes that fit tighter

Ignore the number, find that place where you are healthiest you. Muscle weighs more, but it keeps bones strong. Personally, I'd be basing my success on that rather than weight alone. I did the too skinny, no muscle myself and I hated it. You've done a great job though. Beautiful little girl.

That shirt is an XL, it's got Thor on the back, the real reason I like it. lol

How can I make a post like this?
10 May 18 by member: lose.weight-
Make a new Journal Entry and it gives you the option to upload a pic. The site likes pics that are 500 pixels by 500 pixels.

@lose weight- if you are on the smartphone app you can only load a picture from the diary in the meal section. So you need to add photo to a meal as a choice and share ewith followers. You have a limited number if words as well. Or you can sign into the full site from your smartphone by using your internet browser and going to fatsecret dot com and when the page loads the mobile app page to the bottom and choose full site. Then login using your login. Then follow Phil’s directions about creating a journal entry in your ‘my Fatsecret’ area! 🙋🏻
