Well - I can see that the DASH is working - Can't wait to check my bp later and see if that's going down, too... I'm really a very happy camper right now. Thank you for your support and encouragement!!!

Superb loss. I had a look at the DASH diet but I am afraid it would leave me starving. Too many Carbs and not enough Fat for my system.
