Jonathan Walsh's Journal, 17 March 2015

Had a little milestone celebration dinner for breaking the 50 pounds lost barrier. Planned out the day & ate a double cheeseburger with fries! Probably my favorite meal of all time. On the positive side, I stayed under 2,000 calories for the day as well.

Long story short, I ate a "sinful" meal. Got to feel like I took a little break, which re-charged my batteries.

So, back on the horse this morning & ready to tackle the next mini goal - get under 400 pounds! In honor of my inner nerd, "Now that's a number I haven't seen in a long time!!!"

Kudos to you if you get that reference.

Gratz on the 50lb loss!!!! And I don't blame you, a good juicy burger (with the bun) fries...and I am sorry but I would add a shake if I was going to the local burger joint near me. they have the best shakes ever... is so worth it once in a while. Sometimes you need that "sinful" meal to help you stay strong on your diet long term. I find that treating myself with a cheese omelet with potatoes keeps me on track all week. Keep it up!!!

I do "cheat" meals twice a week. Planning for them I call it last meal first.
