My husband and I started dieting together on Nov.1st. Before now, It was real hard to stay focused because I would prepare a meal for him and just eat what he ate, but in smaller amounts, or I would prepare myself something different. It's going good so far!
I met my husband about 3 years ago. I weighed around 160lbs. And ever since we got pregnant (about 2-1/2 years ago), I have been struggling with my weight. I Now weigh 230lbs. and I hate it!
I believe in losing weight the right way, I guess that is why it is taking so long for me to shed the lbs. I am about at my wits end...

Great post Ken! Breakfast is THE MOST important meal of the day! I never skip it! I wake up and try to eat as soon as I can or within an hour. Studies also show that people who skip breakfast tend to eat more refined carbs at night, causing insulin levels to rise... and then causing weight gain...It's a fact Smile
