My husband and I started dieting together on Nov.1st. Before now, It was real hard to stay focused because I would prepare a meal for him and just eat what he ate, but in smaller amounts, or I would prepare myself something different. It's going good so far!
I met my husband about 3 years ago. I weighed around 160lbs. And ever since we got pregnant (about 2-1/2 years ago), I have been struggling with my weight. I Now weigh 230lbs. and I hate it!
I believe in losing weight the right way, I guess that is why it is taking so long for me to shed the lbs. I am about at my wits end...
