Starting Weight = 476 pounds
Week #8 Closing = 421 pounds

Numbers Update:
Lost 55 pounds
Lost 11.55% of body weight
BMI down 6.0 points to 60.4 points

No soda for 56 days
No alcohol for 59 days
No cheating on diet for 56 days

Not a big loss week, but 3 pounds down is 3 pounds down. I will take it. One note of mention; I did eat more beef this week than I have in any other week, so there may be a connection there.

On to this week. I must work harder. I must push harder. I must be diligent. I must be patient. I must realize, if I stay the course; the weight will have no other choice but to fade away.

I decide who wins. I have waited too long to make this decision, but I have finally made it. The WEIGHT is over.

This is a new era of mentality. I may bend, but I will not be broken. Who's with me?
421.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 221.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You've got this! You've been at this long enough new habits have been formed. Not every week is going to be a big loss. Keep in mind our body can sometimes be resistant with fat loss as it likes to have it around; it's an old survival thing. On another note, LOVE the picture of Vader. :D
