GREETINGS all my Buddies!
No, I did not fall into huge snow pile and disappear...but I did fight being sick for five days and then had my four day intensive work training!
I even missed the gym for 8 days! THAT is totally unusual for me - I have never missed more than three or four days in a row since I started Orange Theory Fitness 15 months ago!
But, you know what? I have been back to my workouts two days in a row now and I AM FINE! I did not lose stamina or strength as a result of my absence! I was amazed!
Food has been terrible though...eating way more carbs than required! Back to the logging for me!
The new word of the week is AMAZING.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
