After 23 weeks, and 54.4 lbs lost, I have begun to lose steam. The past 2 weeks I've been watching what I eat, but eating wayyyy to much, so progress has slowed. This picture is what I needed to get me back on track.

Slowing down isn't stopping. As long as you aren't going backward, you're still going forward. I don't believe all maintenance has to be at reaching goal. Sometimes just maintaining mid journey is just what is needed to recharge.

BY BEING EXACTLY WHO YOU ARE: disciplined and determined! A pause, to catch your breath, and now ... You know EXACTLY how to do this! Go for it!
