Delicious and simple! Any kind of milk will work, though I do like the added protein of soy milk.

Women should not be consuming Soy, trade it out with Almond milk it is healthier for you. Otherwise I love just a simple smoothie, although I love adding spices to kick it up and get extra nutrients and health benefits.
