Raspberry Cheesecake Squares

These low carb cheesecake squares are very good.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water.
  2. Stir until well dissolved.
  3. In bowl, beat cream cheese until very creamy.
  4. With mixer running, add geltin,1/4 cup at a time.
  5. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  6. Pour into 8x8" pan, refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

GOOD! GOOD! GOOD! I tried it with black-cherry jello because that is what I had on had. I will be trying it with all of my favorite flavors.
