This is a great tasting dish. It's light and you can pack it with meat for additional protein. I will make this as an alternative to buying pizza.

I loved this. I was very surprised by how the "crust" turned out. It tastes like regular pizza crust. All in all very good recipe

I made this last night for dinner, but substituted the pepperoni with chicken tenderloins. Also added 1/4 cup of sour cream, a chicken and an onion bouillon cube, and 1/4 cup each diced bell pepper and onion. It was pure awesomeness!! Can't wait to try it again with the pepperoni and some ground beef, mushrooms, black olives.. oh my.

I could so see this as a chicken and artichoke "pizza", with a white sauce.

Great tasting! Lots of possibilities by changing up the toppings. I used turkey pepperoni as the meat topping and it was fantastic.

This is a great "potluck" dish. I typically make a meat one and a veggie topped one. It was a huge hit this year for Mother's Day!

The family loved it. This will be a regular dish at our house. We added green pepper, fresh mushroom, onion, ground beef, ground pork and pepperoni.
