Sausage Pasta with Brussels Sprouts

A satisfying, low-sugar dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet, add sausage and cook until browned. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat remaining oil and sauté brussels sprouts until tender. Season to taste.
  4. Mix pasta, sausage, and brussels sprouts.
  5. Transfer to a plate and garnish with parmesan cheese.
