Rich chocolate cheesecake that's really yummy.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- Melt the chocolate squares in microwave. Cool.
- Beat the cream cheeses and sweetener (like Splenda) until light and fluffy.
- Add cooled chocolate.
- Gradually add 1 egg at a time. Fold in sour cream.
- Spray spring form pan with cooking spray like Pam. Pour mixture into pan.
- Bake at 400° F (200° C) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 200° F (90° C) and bake an additional 40 minutes. Cool completely before refrigerating.

Deliscioso. I put some plain walnut and S/B whipped cream on top oh my gosh this was fantasic. Next I think I will freeze it and have some Sf choco syrup on it. I can hardly wait.

Looks very tasty, but not quite sure the light cream cheese is for phase 1. On the Kraft cream cheese light version the South Beach Diet logo states phase 2 and 3. I think I will try when I get to phase 2.

This cheese cake is decadent. You will think you are cheating...but you can totally have your cake & eat it too!!!
