Im 26 and sick of being everweight! Have been on nasty medication that made me pile on the weight over the past yr or 2. Finally off the meds and ready to look like me again! I have failed on diets before due to many and all stupid reasons, heres hoping this time is for good. Hoping the website will give me the determiantion and support I need.Ive done Atkins before and it worked but after the 1st month the weight loss really slowed down and i got discouraged. heres hoping I can stick it out this time. Wish me luck x

Hi, Im Caity. Im 28 (just) and NEED to get fit!! My goal is to be 140 lbs but I have a wedding to go to in 3 months and i KNOW i cant lose 40 odd lbs by then!!

Breakfast time
Help!! I desperatley want to suceed this time but I always seem to struggle with breakfasts.My main problem is that i cant stand eggs!! Its the texture, i always want to be sick!! I dont have alot of time in the morning but still want to eat something carb friendly that wont want me grabbing for the biscuit tin at 10.00!!
Any suggestions greatfully recieved. x

ok, so I know that people ahve posted this before but how do you work out how many points you are allowed? Ive lost all my papetwork from when I went to the meetings!
