What a great idea! I have some cabbage slaw mix which I'll try with a tomato based sauce tonight. Thanks for sharing!

I think the receipe is great for induction phase. After the cabbage was done, I cooked some garlic in olive oil, then add some butter pour it over cabbage and sprinkled it with parmeasan cheese. Yummy

This has been the best thing ever. I use cabbage more in the 40 days I have been dieting than in my entire 40 years.. LOL It is my staple. It just goes with anything you put in or on it. Who Knew? .. lol

I just tryed this recipe and it was good. It's really about how good your sauce is. I would not say thats its better than spaghetti quash but it was something different. Very low points plus on weight watchers!!!

I used this last night and LOVED it. Boiled the cabage until crispness almost gone but not too long where it becomes mushy. Also did not go "cold turkey" on the pasta but instead mixed the two and just used half the pasta I normally would have used. Thanks for this idea

This was an excellent alternative to pasta. I boiled for just 5 minutes before topping with Roasted Garlic spaghetti sauce and some cheese. Great texture and very colorful as I used Broccoli slaw which is purple and green cabbage, carrot and broccoli all shredded.
