Low Protein Diet
Yes, I understand why you would be hungry. If I do not get high amounts of protein I am hungry. This may not be an option for you but you could really benefit from a consultation with a nutritionist. Most local hospitals have one on staff you can schedule an outpatient visit with.

Low Protein Diet
I’m guessing you are not getting responses because this is tough. If the recipe is low protein and low carb, then it is high fat. For me, at least, a high fat entree does not work for my diet. I use calorie count as the measure and work toward high protein to avoid hunger so low protein, high fat recipes are not in my play book. Sorry! I hope you find recipes that work for you.

3 weeks in, -26lbs
26 pounds in 20 days. That’s a lot of course and you know that. Wishing you the best. Stay the course. One day at a time. Yes it is hard and very painful but well worth it. Hang in and use your FS family as support.

i like it here
Most “experts” recommend once a week I think on the same day and time. I admit, though, I usually weigh every day. It all depends on what works best for you.

Carbs, protein and exercise
Thanks. The last two would be doable and I could probably actually enjoy those.
