Beefy Cornbread Casserole
Casseroles are quick and easy to put together and it's an all in one meal.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray a 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray.
- Meanwhile heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add onions and saute until the onions are soft. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in soup, corn, chili powder, seasoning blend, and water. Pour into baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornbread mix, egg, butter, and milk together. Spread the batter evenly over the top of the meat mixture.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until cornbread is baked. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
