Broccoli Mushroom Tofu Stir Fry

Directions

  1. Chop the vegetables and tofu.
  2. Sauté the garlic and onions until soft. Set aside.
  3. Using the same pan, fry the tofu until light brown. Set aside.
  4. Sauté the broccoli and mushrooms. Add garlic and onions.
  5. Add the tofu and seasoning. Toss everything until vegetables are tender but not overcooked.
