Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to packaging. Chop vegetables.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic with olive oil on medium heat. Add turkey and bell pepper.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Simmer and stir occasionally.
  4. Toss in rice and mix to incorporate.
