I've used Moringa Oleifera in my smoothies every day. I really couldn't tell a big difference as far as the protein goes.

on the diet calendar . .. ?
I'm pretty sure it reflects what you eat versus your actual physical activity. If you exercise more than you eat the down arrow means you're in position to lose weight, mathematically speaking.

Has anyone used moringa oleifera? Also called "drumstick tree" or "horseradish tree".

I read all this exciting stuff about it yesterday so I wondered if anyone has used it and what kind of results they received from adding it to their diet?

keeping a food journal helped me
Writing down the food, exercise and weigh ins have all helped me to stay focused! I enjoy reading other people's posts and gain encouragement from other's successes and giving them a "high Five" and a "well done!" I also like giving encouragement to those who may need it. Love the journals! Now if I could just find some ACTIVE Buddies, seems like nobody is active....

Vitamix vs. Ninja and other blenders
I bought a Nutribullet and absolutely love it! Quick, easy to use, pulverizes everything into a nice drinkable drink! I don't add ice to mine just cold water,but I will try ice one day to see how that does. I put 2 cups greens in, 2 cups fruit, some ground flax seed and water. Presto! I usually have an egg or bowl of oatmeal to go with it so I can get enough calories. So far so good on the NutriBullet for me! Oh and if you register with Bed Bath & Beyond you can get a coupon for 20% off so it made it cost even less for me! Happy weight loss!
