Black Bean Salsa

For salsa lovers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse 1 can of organic black beans and add to bowl. Chop tomatoes, cilantro, and onions. Crush garlic and mix in a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix in bowl. Squeeze 1 fresh lime over mixture.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. To add more heat add cayenne pepper to taste.
  4. Serve over salad or my favorite, chop avocado on a plate cover with cooked cauliflower bits then put a cup of this salsa over top and enjoy!
