Major muscle fatigue in my legs. I can feel my muscles struggling just from walking around. It felt like that yesterday too, so I skipped running and just did my walk. Probably not going to do any exercise today and hope for the best tomorrow. It's not exciting at all that I lost no weight this week, but I weighed in two hours early since I went to work earlier than usual this morning. I'll check again tomorrow since I'll be going in at my usual time. Hopefully I'll have SOME kind of change!

Been in a slump the past few days. Skipped my run on Friday, then for some reason on Saturday I just couldn't keep with it. Only ran 7 instead of my usual 12-15. Today I wasn't feeling it either. So instead of running, I did my usual walk and then pumped up my tired on my bike. Now I'm feeling great! I think I just needed to switch it up a little. I'm going to try to ride my bike instead of running at least 2x's a week now.
My food habits haven't been that spectacular either, but they weren't awful. Went to a birthday party yesterday. Had a hot dog and pasta salad, but skipped on the cake. And we got to play Flimsy, I love that game! Hoping for a better week this week than I did last week!

Skipped my run for the first time last night. I was feeling pretty sluggish all day yesterday and I figured my muscles could use the break. I still went on my walk though.
The weight hasn't been coming off the past few days, but my tummy has lost another inch so I'm okay with it. That makes 4 inches gone now around the smallest part of my stomach. Now if I could just get my lower belly pooch to start shrinking I'd be set. haha

Had Burger King for lunch. Instant regret. It's been so long since I've had it, I'd forgotten how greasy it is. Even while I was eating it I was wishing it was something else. I couldn't bring myself to eat all of my onion rings. I know I'll be hungry in just a few hours, but my body has formed an aversion to greasy food. Don't get me wrong, I still LOVE sugar. But greasy food turns my stomach.
My moms been doing the Shaklee diet, so for dinner she's going to let me have one of the smoothies to make up for my terrible lunch choice. 1 smoothie + a serving of fruit. She said that they're actually really filling. I hope so, I've been doing so well with not raiding the cupboards late at night.
