Hotel has WiFi! Writing this on my phone so I'm sorry if it doesn't all make sense!
Cedar Point today was good. Discovered roller coasters, one of my favorite summer adventures, now make me a little nauseous. Trying some ginger ale before heading back out to the park tomorrow. I heard ginger kind of prevents motion sickness.
Didn't do well dieting today. Had KFC for dinner, and a pretzel at the park to try and get rid of the nausea. Walked everywhere of course, so got plenty of exercise that way.
Hoping for a better day tomorrow!

Today felt like more progress on the exercise front. I'm surprised. I ran 5 two minute intervals on the treadmill today, and I forced myself to stop. Next week I will start 2 intervals of 3 minutes each to start increasing my endurance a little bit. Now that I know my muscles are up for the challenge, I need to start pushing through the out of breath feeling that I get about a minute and a half into each interval. Between that, walking with my buddy, dancing, and squats... I thought my muscles would be crying by the end of the night. I'm not even sore.
The only problem I'm experiencing right now is the lack of weight loss in my biggest trouble spot. My tummy. I've lost 3 inches on my thighs, 2 inches on my hips, and even a half an inch on my scrawny little arms. haha. But my stomach though just won't budge. It hasn't increased, thank God, but it won't get smaller either.
I don't know if I'll be on too much this weekend. I'll be able to record the food and exercise on the app, but journaling might be a little harder. So I guess if I have trouble accessing, I'll see you guys in a few days. :)

Another mini goal acquired! I wanted to be down to 195 by June 1st. Down to 194.8. I did it, just barely but done all the same!

Splurged a little bit today, but I feel like it was deserved. Had a Reeses ice cream bar, it was SO good! But hopefully now it's out of my system. I don't feel guilty about it though, it's my day off work and I spent a little more time working out than usual. Back to the grind tomorrow.
I'm going to an amusement park this weekend? Anybody have any tips on how to eat healthy while there?

Want to know how many times the words 'enjoy' and 'working out' have come out of my mouth in one sentence before now? Approximately... zero.
I'm sore, my legs hurt, my arms are tender, and I can't
wait
to work out again. Maybe I've gone crazy?
I'm starting interval training on the treadmill tomorrow. I no longer get winded when I brisk walk, so now I'm going to start running. Time to start prepping for that 5k in August! I can't run long, last night I only got through 2 intervals of 2 minutes each before I had to give up. But it's a start.
