Tonight was my first night back on the treadmill since last week after having some problems with muscle fatigue in my legs. I probably could have gotten back on the treadmill by Thursday, but time just seemed to slip away from me. I didn't realize how much I missed it. Tonight wasn't a record breaker, but I ran for 10 minutes before throwing in the towel. Honestly it's better than what I expected after going an entire week without running. My average is usually closer 13 minutes though. I need to get back on track for my 5k in August.

Oh, wow. Today I was a very naughty girl. Ha! I ate basically everything in sight, and unfortunately none of it was really good for me. But it was SO worth it.
On the other hand, we're getting a pool and I'm so excited! I love to swim and I'll probably be in it every single night. We ordered it today and it's getting shipped to us, but I started working on leveling the ground today. THAT is not a fun job. I don't know what the tool is called that I used, but it's like a manual tiller. My abs have never gotten so much work in my life! And I'm only halfway done!
So today was kind of good and bad I guess.

A tiny difference between today and yesterday, but at least I'm back to where I was last week.
Went to mcdonalds for my halfway healthy lunch like usual, and had all kinds of problems. I always get a classic premium grilled chicken sandwich. With a large cup of water, and either a side salad or a parfait. The fruit in my parfait is frozen! I can't handle frozen fruits, so I'm waiting impatiently for it to thaw. And instead of water, they gave me sprite. :| I haven't had a single drop if any carbonated beverage in over a month now and I got tricked into it. I was going to just drink it since I had nothing else, but after a few more sips I decided to dump it out. I'm disappointed and proud of myself at the same time. Haha
