I am a single mother of 2. My daughter is 13 and my son is 7 and I have no excuse anymore to blame it on the baby weight! All my pants are tight and barely button and my goal is to wear my "skinney jeans" comfortably again. High cholestrol and high blood pressure run stong in my family and since my 2 kids are my world and need me here on this earth as long as I can be...Ive decided to give Atkins a shot 100%. Once I feel great about myself, I can allow the dating scene to happen again and allow someone special into my life again. I am excited to be doing this diet and I hope to find some buddys along the way. Good luck to all!

Sunday Funday!
I love cheese to but as lilycat mentioned earlier...cheese stops you up. LOL It is on the diet and is ok to have forsure! Plus it gives you the calcium you are missing from milk.

Sunday Funday!
Well with yesterday being the Bears Packers game. My family went to my sisters house and there were lots of NON carbs and goodies there. I was pretty well behaved. I had a couple hot dogs with nacho cheese sauce on them. Cheddar cheese and sausage chunks.
I impressed myself with my motivation and control because i could have easily had chips and popcorn and junk.
i hope this week i stay as strong.
