I have seen Maintenance - for a short season, and then Life took me back on a rollercoaster of weight gain. Depression, self-medicating with food, and soothing my grief - all played a role. But primarily...I gave up for awhile.

Well, I'm back - and making the necessary changes to shift into a Lifestyle I can live with. I don't like being overweight. And I AM willing to change it.

that is totally your opinion - and you're certainly entitled to it. I just do not agree with you. And found your offering of your opinion to be rude and condescending. But that's just me - floating back into the clouds now!

Rick - the only MIM I know about is: A MIM (Muffin in a Minute) -a low-carb, high -fiber, Induction-friendly delight that you can microwave in a coffee cup. Note: All of these recipes use flaxmeal, which is ground flaxseed. -

I don't know if this person was doing something else, or if you misunderstood - I will go back and re-read her initial entry. My apologies if she is eating cake and you were just trying to help her.

Liz - are you in a 'group' called Low Carb - or are you just saying you are following low carb? - This site has the ability to have smaller 'focused' groups - but they don't seem to be utilized that much anymore.
