My name is Deb from Pennsylvania. I’m 45 years and am married 23 wonderful years. We have 3 sons, 20, 18, both in college, and 14.
I am an ESL (English as a Second Language) Paraprofessional, working with students in K – 6. My youngest son and I are in Civil Air Patrol. I am the Emergency Services/Search and Rescue Officer. I also play in and have directed hand bell choirs and currently am a Jr. High Girls Soccer Coach.
I have struggled with my weight all my life and have been on many different diets: Weight Watchers, Ketone, TOPS, Slim Fast, Atkins, South Beach, Curves, and Perfect 10. I was able to lose weight with some of these, but the weight always came back. On Wednesday, June 12, 2013, a friend of mine introduced me to Yoli Better Body System. I had never heard of it, but was intrigued. It followed the same principal of many of the diets I had been on: higher protein/low carb, but added supplements. Our bodies are ravaged with all of the acid build-up, but Yoli’s patented product ALKALETE changes our body’s composition from Acidic to Alkaline. Excess acidity weakens the body and pulls essential minerals from vital organs and the bones. It just made sense!
I was so excited that I purchased a TRANSFORMATION KIT she had available on the spot. At that point I had topped out at my highest weight ever of 203.2 pounds (My highest was during my first pregnancy – 216 pounds). Yoli claims that you could lose 7 – 15 pounds in the first week. I lost 12 pounds!! I was so thrilled that I had found something that not only helped me lose weight, but would improve my health, as well! Since starting Yoli I have not only lost 28 pounds in 11 weeks, but my chronic cough is gone, my daily 2-3 hour nap is no longer needed, and the monthly migraines I have suffered for years? August, 2013 was the first month I had NONE!!

If you're having trouble with clumping, I'd recommend that you use a Blender Cup. The cup I use through Yoli has a simple waffle insert that separates the powder & it cost less than $3. My friend found a similar cup at Bed, Bath & Beyond, butbi don't know how much.

Hi!! Thanks for the buddy check! Things are going well. Hopefully, I'll be able to lose another 5 pounds by the end of October (without strenuous exercise!) I made it through another month without migrains or nagging headaches & have kept away 2 sinus infections I could feel developing (I usually get sick so eadily) & have lots of energy! I'm so glad you're feeling better!

Arrgghhh plateau help!!
I hit a plateau recently & it was because I had gone off my hypothyroidism meds. VERY BAD, I know. Since then I was able to lose another 10 pounds. Our bodies can be so defiant when our chemistry isn't just right. Whatever you do, don't give up! We're all here for each other. Smile Deb
