UUUGGGG !!!! GGGRRRR !!!! LORD HELP ME get back on the right track...as I'm losing ground fast ! I put on 5 lbs over the holidays till now & it's time to turn it around & start losing again so LORD PLEASE HELP ME . I need to get back in the right frame of mind to do this.....I must do this.... I will do this.....I CAN DO this ! ONWARD TO SUCCESS !!!

well geeezzz....now the sweets are gone I'm craving salts...pickles, olives, etc. etc. so now I'm sure I'm holding fluid in my body with all the salts I've eaten & haven't lost BUT gained...man I've got to do something to get back on track....I guess it's back to journaling everything I eat with the calories...fats...sodium... carbs & Time of day. also getting to bed earlier so I can get up earlier & have breakfast & not snack too late at night ! I NEED A KICK IN THE BUTT to get back started ! I need to do this, I have to do this, I am going to do this !!!

well...the holidays are over...the chocolates & all the rest of the goodies are mostly gone...SO now it's time to get back to business & get back on track.....NO MORE SLACKING ! I want to lose 6 lb in 6 wks before my next Dr's appointment....that'll be a total loss of 25 lbs. since I started 6 mo. ago...the Dr. will be pleased as he said 50 lb a yr would be great !...so let's get to it....I CAN DO IT...I WILL DO IT...I MUST DO IT !...I HAVE TO DO IT !
