well geeezzz....now the sweets are gone I'm craving salts...pickles, olives, etc. etc. so now I'm sure I'm holding fluid in my body with all the salts I've eaten & haven't lost BUT gained...man I've got to do something to get back on track....I guess it's back to journaling everything I eat with the calories...fats...sodium... carbs & Time of day. also getting to bed earlier so I can get up earlier & have breakfast & not snack too late at night ! I NEED A KICK IN THE BUTT to get back started ! I need to do this, I have to do this, I am going to do this !!!
