I must admit I have been too pre-occupied with all this medical problems & DR.'s appointments to think or worry about my eating plan / diet I will have to get back to writing everything down after my knee is taken care of. Although for a while I will be pretty much imobile, so with not moving as much I'll probably gain some back ! Afterwards though I should be able to walk better again so I should be able to move more. I guess it's tit for tat for now. Time will tell, so we'll see later. BUT I CAN DO THIS !

well ! I thought I'd drop more than 1 & 1/2 lb. this week, as I'm still sick with a sore throat, aches & coughing, so i've practically been living on soup.....unless yesterdays indulgence of KFC blew it for me.....but at least i'm still losing and that's what matters right now. I CAN DO THIS ....just take one day at a time ! I need to lose ...lose...lose as I have my knee replaced on Oct. 26 & the less I weight the better for me !
