I am a Weight Watcher member who lost a total of 143 pounds. I was on the plan for two years before I reached my goal. I workout Monday thru Friday. I'm trying to wrap my brain around the fact that this is what normal people do... that I need to live like this for the rest of my life. I'm totally motivated and want to stay motivated.
