Walked one hour (5 miles)... had an apple for breakfast and later munched on sliced cumcumbers with garlic pepper salt and apple cider vinegar. For lunch I had a salad w/ff dressing, baked fish, baked chicken and a fruit salad. I had the 100 calorie pack cocoa roast almonds for a snack. Now I by stomach hurts. I'm hoping it'll pass... lots to do tonight.

Feel much better today... walked one hour (5 miles)... had a sensible breakfast and lunch. Planning a trip to Vegas for Mothers' Day weekend; looking forward to that.

On WW? Counting Points? Me too. I have had way too many "DINE OUT" days lately. I try to follow the WW plan as follows:
I get 19 points per day.
I get 35 points per week.
I get 28 points per week… 4 per day (if you just want to maintain)
I get activity points b/c I workout more than the norm to earn points.
Sounds like enough points to feed a horse? I'll keep you posted:-)

It's Friday... Yeah!!! Yesterday I had a good weigh-in. Today I walked for an hour (5 miles); had a sensible breakfast and lunch. I saved my points so that I can splurge a little tonight... not too much. Tomorrow I'm working and eating out on the company's dime -- that's not good. The restaurant is serving a family style lunch and their food is awesome -- the desserts are even better. I'll probably skip lunch at the restaurant and pack a lunch instead. It's easy to stick to the plan if you prepare, prepare, prepare. I'm ready ;-)
