Woke up at 5:15am to get in a workout and I feel great! Missed yesterday but I will make it up SATURDAY or sunday..feeling great with the exercise and eating..LOW CARB is the way to go for my blood type...

I hit a very minor Goal for me at being under 360lbs.. I am at 359. This is huge (sorry for the pun)for me. I was in a size 54 before I started this now im in pants that I haven't fit into for years now(size 48) I wear 50's cause that's what I bought a FEW MONTHS AGO WHEN i WAS LOSING TOO. The belt I ware is at its last hole so I will be making some more with a leather punch and maybe getting some size 46 soon. I have some shorts that are 46's and will have to try those before I buy new Pants.

Higher fat day yesterday. Calorie Breakdown: Carbohydrate (11%),Fat (53%)
& Protein (36%). But fat was from good sources like olive oil and lean grass fed lamb. Looking for avenues that sell grass fed venison, rabbit - game meats near Delaware, PA, NJ and Maryland. I feel really good with the way I have been eating last few weeks. I am soon going to have to buy new clothes since the ones I got a few months ago are now really getting loose. When I stretch standing up my pants fall down, even with the belt all the way to the last hole.lol. It feels good and sugar is down too.
